Sugarloaf Congregation of Unitarian Universalists Committed to helping each other improve health and wellness in a supportive, caring, and trusting environment   Annual events   In coordination with the Religious Education Committee, SCUU H&W is planning a health and wellness event at the Fall Festival, October 17, 2004, at Sugarloaf House, 16913 Germantown Rd, Germantown, MD. We will have an poster and table with information about fitness, activity related to calories expended, a body weight index calculator, ideas for safe and effective weight loss, Lyme disease prevention information, and brochures from numerous local safety resources. Blood pressure clinic will be held from 1:30 to 2:30. Josephine Carr has arranged to have a certified expert check child and infant safety seats.
